All the non-Italian students registering for the first time must pass a test in the Italian language (normally administered before the opening of the Academic Year).

Documents Required for the Licentiate Cycle Registration

  Registration form (supplied by the Secretariat) Or available on-line in .pdf format;
  Original, detailed and complete transcript of credits or certificate for the bachelor or institutional course (philosophy and theology);
  Letter of introduction/permission by the proper ecclesiastical/ religious superior
  If necessary, the document of extra-collegiality (issued by the Roman Vicariate)
  Proof of proficiency in Latin and biblical Greek
  4 ‘passport size’ photographs
  Photocopy of Italian residence permit and passport

Documents Required for the Doctoral Cycle Registration

  Admission Request Form (supplied by the Secretariat) Or available on-line in .pdf format;
  Original, detailed and complete transcript or certificate of studies for the licentiate
  copy of the licentiate thesis
  Letter of introduction/permission by the proper ecclesiastical/ religious superior
  If necessary, the document of extra-collegiality (issued by the Roman Vicariate)
  Proof of proficiency in Latin and biblical Greek
  Photocopy of Italian residence permit and passport

The Alphonsian Academy requires a permanent stay in Rome of at least one semester.
